Tea anyone?

After 2 years of planning, we finally made it to watch the Tea Master... It was a rare reunion at the YA Retreat for ex Sect 5 cellies.. so we decided that it was time to plan the dinner.. Thanks to Ms. Organizer aka Sue Ling.. It was also a farewell dinner for Shannon who's leaving to the UK next week for a year to do his Masters.. (He's told me like 10 times in what area, but for the life of me, I just can't remember)..

Save your receipts when you dine at Tony Roma's cos you'll be able to get a RM10 rebate on your next visit with a minimum spending of RM30. Of course before that you'll need to go online and complete a super simple survey that will take you less than 2 minutes to complete.

Mum and I were invited yesterday for a surprise dinner for Karen Bristol at Tony Roma's. Her daughter and husband were the ones organizing and were so nice to invite us.

We had a lovely time chatting and eating.. Ordered 2 whole 13-inch platter which included 20 ribs and 4 sides.. We also had an onion loaf to go along.. I don't really fancy onions but this onion loaf was definitely the bomb.. The birthday girl also got a voucher as her pressie for a free onion loaf on her next visit..

The manager was also nice enough to give us a 10% discount on our bill as I was not able to complete the survey to get the RM10 rebate.. There was something wrong with the site as I was trying to log on.. So not only can I use the receipt again in future, but we got a 10% discount on our meal which turned out to be 3 times better..

Lotsa exciting happenings at Tony Roma's this and next month.. As we were waiting for the birthday girl to arrive, mum and I took our time reading all the promos at our table..

Over the Weekend

Easter has come and passed... been meaning to blog in between but somehow just didn't manage to go online..Beyond Tears, the drama was really moving.. Watched it on both Good Friday and Saturday.. Thought the actors did a marvelous job this year.. Kudos to the Production Team!!!

Spent quality time with cousins on Saturday night for a really nice dinner at Ginger Tree.. - this really cozy restaurant in Sunway Mentari.. one of my uncles is the chef there so I knew I was in for an awesome dinner.. Was definitely not disappointed!

It's been sometime since I've spent time with them and seen my nephew.. So decided that I'll sleepover at my cuz's place as well.. Jerome slept on my chest towards the end of dinner and the whole way home..
One of my cousin's also pregnant with her second child and was blessed to see her 5 month old moving in her tummy.. I don't think I've seen anyone else look so gorgeous during her pregnancy..

Dinner last nite was just superb!

Faith

I just came back from a really nice dinner with my auntie.. We went to the Curve and she's been having a craving for spicy Chinese noodles.. She just came back from visiting her daughter in NZ.. so Western food was definitely out!

Yikes! Can't remember the name of the restaurant we went to now.. Ah Gee something.. It was on the 2nd floor.. I really liked the food there..

We were just catching up.. and she was sharing about my niece (her granddaughter) who's now with my cousin (her mum) in NZ.. she's only 5.. but she has such faith that she would pray over my auntie whenever she has any pain.. Her brother (my nephew) who's only 10 went up for an altar call in church to accept Jesus Christ into his heart as his Lord and Saviour... I was just wow-ed by this stories..

God is really doing a wonderful work in my nephew and niece's life..
